If you’re reading this, then it must be camping season, or it soon will be. An important part of spring cleaning at our house is spring buying. Out with the old and in with the new…new portable gas grills that is.

There are so many options, it’s hard to know where to start. I suggest your start here.

Instead of another “best of” post, this will be a “best of the best” post, a “cream of the crop” post, a “pick of the litter” post. You get the idea.

Let’s go!

Criteria

We have painstakingly reviewed 11 excellent portable gas grill product lists specific for RVing. We cross-referenced, crunched the numbers and fried their bacon. When we came out the other end, we had a shortlist of the top propane grills for the new year—2020.

In arriving at our best picks, we consider tabletops and freestanding models. Surprisingly, there was quite a wide range of top ranked models. But that means there’s something for everyone 🙂

The following five ascended to the top of the charts as the best propane grill for the year 2020. They are listed below in no particular order because they’re all great.

Check them out.
